before registering or recording your horse you might want to become a member

if your horse is 50% or more Dutch Harness Horse fill out the registration form

if your horse is another breed, a cross product, or not registered fill out the recording form

your high stepper must be recorded before it can be evaluated at a Keuring to achieve Registered status
